David R. Reeder is the Managing Partner of the Dallas office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Construction Defect, Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith, and Real Estate teams.

Mr. Reeder has successfully litigated and tried, in multiple jurisdictions, a wide range of complex, multi-million dollar cases in the areas of: Construction Defect, Personal Injury, Insurance Bad Faith, Fraud, Product Liability, Eminent Domain, Land Use, Breach of Contract, Business Disputes and Homeowner Association Disputes. 

Whether it is trial or settlement, Mr. Reeder uses all of the tools of the litigation process to produce the best outcome, at the best time, for his clients. Mr. Reeder regularly speaks to businesses, insurance professionals, lawyers, and other groups on topics ranging from effective case management techniques to the defense of design professionals, to insurance bad faith in order to help his clients prepare for and navigate the experiences and risks of trial by jury. 

Mr. Reeder is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, New York, and Texas. He received his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University, College of Law. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys activities ranging from running marathons and golf to mountaineering.
