Eugene P. Ramirez to Give Debrief at CATO Annual Training Conference

Founding Partner Eugene P. Ramirez will be presenting at CATO’s 2024 Annual Training Conference in San Diego this week. On Tuesday and Wednesday, he will be giving a debrief of a SWAT incident involving a lethal force encounter, as well as a legal update.

Eugene P. Ramirez is the leader of the Constitutional Policing and Governmental Entity Liability teams, and a member of the Military and Veterans Law team. He serves as general counsel for both the California Association of Tactical Officers (CATO) and United States Police Canine Association and is a former legal section chair for the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA).
