Eugene P. Ramirez to Present at the CSAC EIA Board of Directors Workshop

Los Angeles Founding Partner Eugene Ramirez is scheduled to give a presentation at the CSAC EIA Board of Directors Workshop on Thursday, October 4 in Napa, CA.

The topic of discussion will be "Reptile Theory: How it Appears in a Case & How Defense Counsel Must Work to Defend Against It." Mr. Ramirez will provide information on the basic concept that the reptile brain is conditioned to favor safety and survival and how plaintiff's attorneys claim they are appealing to the reptilian portion of the jurors' brains.
