Gene Ramirez and Tony Sain at PARMA’s 40th Annual Conference for Risk Managers

Los Angeles associate Tony M. Sain was invited to speak along with founding partner Eugene P. “Gene” Ramirez at the Public Agency Risk Managers Association’s (PARMA) 40th Annual Conference for Risk Managers and their industry partners, held February 9–12 2014. In January 2014, Mr. Sain published Police Officer Personnel Records Privileges in Civil Cases, a book on the evolving scope of police officer personnel information Pitchess privileges in civil discovery and trial. He was also the author of an article in the Daily Journal  about the changing scope of tactical negligence liability in police shooting cases after the infamous Hayes case.  The 2015 Public Agency Risk Managers Annual Conference will be held February 8–11, 2015, in Anaheim, California.
