Governmental Entity Liability Team’s Training Highlighted in Police1 Article

The Governmental Entity Liability Team, led by Eugene P. Ramirez and Missy O’Linn, has been a constant at the California Association of Tactical Officers (CATO) Annual Conference and as a result, their training seminars are well attended. Unfortunately, this year’s conference was postponed due to the pandemic but Mike Wood at Police1 gives us a timely reminder of the valuable information and insight shared at this conference. In particular, our “Preparing to Testify” seminar, where our team shares the three important qualities a law enforcement officer must have in order to be effective in the courtroom.
