Manning Kass Discusses East Coast Expansion of Its Insurance Fraud Practice with Law360

Following the addition of a distinguished insurance fraud law group led by Partner Robert A. Stern into its New York office, Manning Kass joined Law360 to discuss the integration of the 11 attorneys and six paralegals into its team, and why their work is relevant to anyone who owns an insurance policy. With fraud stealing more than $3 billion from American consumers each year, the group’s work is critical to ensuring lower insurance premiums for the public.

"This is a really meaningful practice because we all have insurance, and those insurance rates are affected by the billions of dollars of fraud getting sucked out of it," Stern said. "That affects us all. So this isn't just about insurance companies. This is about every single one of us that owns an insurance policy."

Adding Stern’s team bolsters Manning Kass’ ability to combat fraud coast-to-coast and accelerates the firm’s growth on the East Coast.
