Manning & Kass Attorneys' Article on VA Claims Published in Orange County Lawyer Magazine

Sean R. Dowsing and Emily C. Edwards have co-authored a timely and informative article detailing the most commonly applicable three out of a possible four stages of legal representation of veterans with VA claims. The official publication of the Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Lawyer, published the article in its January 2016 issue.

The attorneys state, "With four wars in the past forty-five years, the number of veterans entitled to disability benefits is constantly growing." Their article covers the filing of a claim, veteran's appeal of Regional Office (RO) decisions, and appeal of Board of Veterans' Appeals decisions.
