Michelle J. Martin to Teach at Global Insurance Fraud Summit in Singapore

Los Angeles Partner Michelle J. Martin will be teaching at the Global Insurance Fraud Summit in Singapore tomorrow, November 12! Ms. Martin will join French attorney Emeric DESNOIX to speak on “Criminal and Civil Responses to Insurance Fraud,” a discussion on trends, challenges, and best practices in responding to international insurance fraud.

Michelle J. Martin is a member of the Complex Litigation and Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation teams. Her practice focuses on affirmative litigation cases involving insurance fraud, as well as first- and third-party special investigation defense. She has substantial experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border litigation from intake through final disposition at trial, as well as post-judgment proceedings, including asset tracing.
