Partners to Present at Risk Management Annual Meeting

Sevan Gobel and David Roth, partners in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, respectively, of Manning & Kass, will present on Wednesday morning, January 17, 2018, at the 45th Annual Meeting of the Minnesota Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). The conference will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Minnesota Chapter of RIMS is one of the largest in the country, with 100 member companies and 300 deputy members.

Mr. Gobel and Mr. Roth’s topic will be “Eliminating the Headache: Understanding and Investigating TBI Claims.” Mr. Gobel handles complex and high exposure cases in both state and federal courts for prominent national and international clients. He has successfully tried, arbitrated and mediated numerous cases and has obtained successful results in summary judgment motions, trials and appeals. Mr. Roth currently represents, and advises several Fortune 500 companies in the retail, restaurant, amusement park, and entertainment industries. He represents these clients in a wide range of matters including personal and catastrophic injury cases involving premises liability, products liability and third party criminal acts.
