Matthew Kearl is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation team.
As an experienced negotiator who has been practicing workers’ compensation defense since 1999, he can identify, litigate, and resolve all aspects of workers’ compensation disputes. Mr. Kearl is a father of four boys and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law. Upon graduation, he served as Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice in Los Angeles from 1998 to 1999. Prior to joining Manning Kass, he was a managing partner in workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Kearl is also a marksman and multisport athlete and enjoys touring on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
