San Diego Managing Partner Alfred M. De La Cruz Joins American Board Of Trial Associates
Manning Kass congratulates San Diego Managing Partner Alfred M. De La Cruz on his recent induction into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. De La Cruz is the Practice Area Leader of the Employment Law team at the firm. He has over 30 years of experience and has tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict. Manning Kass Earns Jury Verdict for AMC Theaters
The Manning Kass Sports, Recreation, and Attractions Law team earned another victory for our client, AMC Theaters. The case centered around a slip and fall incident that happened in 2015. The plaintiff alleged she sustained injuries when she fell in the auditorium while walking to her seat at an AMC Theaters location due to negligence.
