Jamie N. Burke is a member of the Construction Law, Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith, and the Strategy, Writs, and Appeals team. She has extensive experience representing insurers, corporate defendants, contractors, and property owners in New York and New Jersey. She has handled high-stakes commercial AAA arbitrations, including cases involving nationally recognized nonprofits. 

Jacob A. Ellenhorn is a member of the Complex Litigation and Landlord / Tenant / Habitability teams. Prior to joining Manning Kass, Mr. Ellenhorn was a Judicial Extern in the Los Angeles Superior Court for the Honorable Dean Hansell. He also externed at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, where he helped indigent litigants navigate the complexities of the California court system.
