Manning & Kass Launches Land Use Practice

Manning & Kass is excited to announce the launch of its new Land Use practice. Opening it's doors in 1994 with a handful of attorneys and only two practice areas, the firm has grown to seven offices across the United States, with over 160 attorneys and 37 practice areas. 

The Land Use team is there to assist with every step of the land development process. A variety of issues can prove costly to those unfamiliar with this process, which can delay or even negate any future plans. With experience in areas ranging from land acquisition and zoning to public hearings and easements, there's virtually nothing that the Land Use members haven't seen or worked on personally. Having a well-versed and accomplished legal team throughout the land development process assures that you can bring your product to market as soon as possible.
