New York City Hosts Lunch and Learn at Ritz-Carlton Battery Park

New York City partners Marguerite L. Jonak and Jeanette L. Dixon, joined by Los Angeles partner Elizabeth H. Murphy, hosted an informative legal seminar "lunch and learn" for the senior home and residential care industry on Wednesday June 17, from noon to 2:00 pm.

Select executive attendees enjoyed skyline views of the Statue of Liberty and a gourmet buffet style lunch while learning about the FLSA and domestic workers, the New York Department of Labor, wage and overtime exemptions, the ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, workers' compensation and employment law issues including sexual harassment and bullying, as these issues pertain to the senior care industry in New York.

Feedback was exceptional, with enthusiastic participants looking forward to the next Manning & Kass event.
