New York Partners Marguerite Jonak and Jeanette Dixon Covered in New York Law Journal

The New York Law Journal reports Eastern District Judge Jack Weinstein has recused himself sua sponte from pro se discrimination case Floyd v. Cosi, 14-cv-3772, saying his intercession on behalf of the plaintiff could give the appearance that he was not impartial. Manning & Kass partners Marguerite Jonak and Jeanette Dixon represented Cosi. Ms. Jonak is quoted as saying she was "pleased" that the ruling dismissed the age and disability discrimination claims against Cosi.
