About Our Team

Marguerite L. Jonak is a member of the Special Investigations Unit/Insurance Fraud Litigation and Workers’ Compensation teams. Ms. Jonak has decades of experience, beginning with the recovery of millions of dollars in restitution for numerous carriers and self-insured employers. She is proactive in handling complex matters involving liability, workers’ compensation, property, and other first-party claims. Ms. Jonak is the Co-Founder of the New York office of Manning Kass.

Emily C. Edwards is the leader of the Military and Veterans Law team and a member of the Workers’ Compensation team. Prior to Manning Kass, Ms. Edwards practiced workers’ compensation defense and mitigating exposure for employment claims. She is well-versed in all aspects of California’s Workers’ Compensation law and frequently conducts webinar presentations and presents at conferences on the subject matter.

Jason Doshi is a member of the Workers’ Compensation team. Before Manning Kass, Mr. Doshi worked as an in-house attorney for an insurance company in both workers’ compensation and civil liability. He has nearly 15 years of experience in defending workers’ compensation claims and has developed excellent negotiation skills that result in positive outcomes for his clients.
